Tuna Salad with Pasta

You will need:

• 250 g pasta

• 1 can white beans

• 1 can tuna in oil

• 3 tomatoes

• 70 g celery stalks

• 1 onion

• 125 ml broth

• 1 teaspoon mustard (or to taste)

• A pinch of ground black pepper

• 5 tablespoons olive oil

• A few basil leaves

How to prepare:

Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain the beans. Mash the tuna with a fork. Finely chop the onion and celery stalks.

Wash and slice the tomatoes. Mix everything in a bowl.

Make the dressing by mixing broth, mustard, pepper, and olive oil. Pour over the salad and gently stir.

Wash and pat dry the basil leaves. Add them to the salad. You can serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for a richer flavor. Before serving, garnish with basil leaves
